Who we are

Raider Lights LLC serves the West Texas and eastern New Mexico areas. Raider Lights Fort Worth LLC serves the Fort Worth area. Each is a separate business. The business that serves your property address handles your information for your request and service. The two businesses use shared systems and may pass your request to the business that serves your address. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that business.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, mobile number, email, service address, request details, messages, photos and contact preferences. For customers, we also keep quotes, mockups, job and payment records, property access notes and our communications.

Information we create: aerial and street-level images of your property for quotes, photos of our work, and recordings and transcripts of calls with us (calls may be recorded and transcribed).

Information from others: if you use a Facebook or Instagram form, the platform sends us what you entered there. We may also receive information from payment and financing providers (never full card numbers) and from map and property imagery services.

Please do not send card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers through this website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, quote, schedule and perform our services, bill and collect payment, communicate with you, send offers you agreed to receive, measure our website and ads, prevent fraud and spam, keep records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Automated and AI-assisted tools help us process, transcribe, translate and respond to calls, texts, emails and photos, and may draft or send some replies.

How we share information

We share information with providers that work for us, such as website hosting and marketing services, customer records, phone and text services, email delivery, mapping and property imagery, AI and automation tools, payment processors and, if you choose financing, the financing provider. Our crews and contractors receive the details they need to do the work.

We may also share information when you direct us to, when the law requires, to collect amounts owed, to protect rights or safety, or in a sale or transfer of our business.

We do not sell personal information. We share limited information with advertising platforms for measurement and advertising, as described below. Some state privacy laws may treat this as a sale or as sharing for targeted advertising. You can turn off this website's measurement tools as described below.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

The sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text messaging services needed to deliver our messages.

Calls, texts and email

Checking the consent box on our form means you agree to calls and texts from the Raider Lights business serving your address, including automated messages about your request, service updates, and marketing or seasonal offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to a text to stop texts from the number that sent it, or HELP for help. To stop texts from all of our numbers, tell us through our contact form. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. After you opt out of texts, we will send invoices and service notices for an active request or job by email or another channel you have not opted out of, where the law allows.

Website activity, cookies and measurement

Our hosting and security providers process your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral information and campaign identifiers.

This website loads Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and the OpenAI measurement pixel, which receive browser, device and activity information, to measure visits, completed quote requests and ad performance. When you submit a quote request, the Google tag sends a hashed copy (a one-way code, not the readable text) of the email, mobile number, name and ZIP code you entered to Google Ads so the request can be matched to an ad you clicked. OpenAI's pixel can detect supported contact details and hash them in your browser for the same purpose. Meta is told when a quote request is completed but does not receive the details you entered. Google and Meta may use visits to this site to show you Raider Lights ads on other sites and apps. Google, Meta and OpenAI may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect information from this website and elsewhere on the internet over time, and use it to provide measurement services and target ads. If your request later reaches certain steps, such as replying with photos or messages or booking an installation, we may send Google Ads the same kind of hashed code of your email and mobile number, together with that step and a value (for a booking, the job value), so we can see which ads lead to real customers. If you request a quote through a Facebook or Instagram form, we may tell Meta which steps your request reaches (such as received, quoted, replied with photos or messages, or installation booked), using the reference number Meta gave your request and, for a booking, the job value. This helps Meta show our ads to people more likely to become customers. We do not send Meta your contact details for this.

To turn this measurement off for this browser, use Ad measurement choices in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and keep the measurement tools listed above off. Turning measurement off stops future events from this website. It does not recall information already sent, stop updates about a request you already submitted, or apply to Facebook or Instagram forms, and it does not remove cookies already stored. This website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, which are different from Global Privacy Control. You can also restrict or delete cookies in your browser, manage ad personalization in Google's Ads Settings and your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Review widgets and address suggestions load from third-party services that receive your IP address, any search text and the technical information they need. Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam and may process device and interaction information under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including billing, tax and legal needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of targeted advertising. Use our privacy request form, linked at the end of this policy and in the footer. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If we deny a request, you may use the same route to ask us to review that decision.

Children and other sites

Our website and services are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Other websites and platforms we link to have their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a new version with a new effective date. Where the law requires more notice or consent for a change, we will provide it.
